BREAKDOWN
Please arrive at 8am to help set up the venue, display your items, and receive last minute instructions for the day. Shopping begins at 9am.

Each vendor will receive 1 table and 2 chairs to display their wares. Please supply your own table cloth for your display table. ALL tables will need to be covered. If you requested electricity – please bring an extension cord although I don’t expect you will need it.

Please DO NOT tear down your items early – this creates a chain reaction and hurts everyone. Please make sure that you are available for the entire event. At the end of the event, we ask EACH vendor to help out with making sure the venue is in the same condition as when we arrived. (We do realize that sometimes emergencies happen but please speak with us before leaving)
RAFFLE
Please turn in your raffle item at vendor check in on Saturday morning. We will have a raffle table near the entrance of the event. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the day. We will announce the winners a half hour before the end of shopping time. You are also welcome to do a giveaway at your table. If you would like to post what you are going to be sharing at the raffle on the Facebook event please feel free to do so – the link is above!
DONATIONS & SPECIAL PRODUCT SALES
If you choose to donate a portion of your sales for the day back, have a special item to purchase that results in a donation to Show Me Care Bags etc. you will receive a special sign to display on your table to help encourage sales and your table will be announced throughout the event that you are donating back to Show Me Care Bags. (Please let me know in advance of this so I have enough signs and know who I will be making special announcements about.)

FRIENDS!!!
Please make sure that you have marked yourself as “going” on our Facebook event. Share the event with your family and friends as well as your customers. Let them know that where you will be and that you are supporting a great cause in doing so!
QUESTIONS OR IF SOMETHING COMES UP!
Should something come up PLEASE text Jennifer @ 314-616-4098 and let her know that you will not be able to make it or that you may be late. It is FAR better to not put a table up or make a last minute move than to have empty tables all around. Failure to not notify prior to event will result in not being asked to participate in future events.
